Returns policy

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to return. We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay, all we ask is that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their original tags.

Free Domestic Returns - How It Works

Step 1: Click here to create and download a returns label, and to find your nearest Post Office location.

Step 2: Print your return label. If you don't have a printer don't worry, most Royal Mail Delivery Offices have printing facilities. You can find locations here or on the Royal Mail website once you've created your free label which will be emailed to you with a required QR code. (See step 4 for more information.)

Step 3: Package your item(s) in one bag, complete the required fields on the dispatch note and pop it inside. Attach the label you've printed at home.

Step 4: Go to your most convenient Post Office location. If you have not printed a returns label, you will need to show the email confirmation containing a QR code and they will print and attach a label for you. Please check your email confirmation before going to the post office, ensuring you can see the QR code. If you see the QR code this may be down to your email service provider. Please check your email settings or try again with an alternative email address.

Important: Please obtain a proof of postage receipt and keep hold of it until your refund has been received.

EU & International Returns

We are sorry to advise we do not offer a free return service for Southern Ireland, the EU and International purchases. For customers wishing to make a return from these territories you will need to arrange your own return by post, at your own cost.

Postage Cost

For full price items, we will refund the cost of standard postage of £3.99 if your return your entire order. We do not refund shipping cost on sale items. If you paid for express shipping and returned all your items, we will only refund the value of £3.99, not the full amount for express shipping.

Statutory Rights
Our free UK return service is provided in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Contract Regulations. We reserve the right to reject worn or washed item(s) which are not returned as new. Rejected item(s) will be returned to you and may be subject to a re-delivery charge.

Questions When Connected To SpecialMonitor Products

Frequently Asked Questions

How to Solve It If The Monitor Shows No Signal?

How Many Ways Can I Connect The Monitor?

There are generally two ways to connect the portable display, and some models have three:

1. USB Type-C Connection. When your device has a USB Type-C port with Thunderbolt 3 or USB 3.1 or later, it can directly connect to the monitor with one cable. Because the output power of some devices is limited, especially for HP computers, if the screen keeps flickering or showing No Signal, this means the power input is not sufficient. In this case, the display must also connect to an external power supply. The charger will be included in the package.

2. Connection through the HDMI interface. Considering the compatibility of different devices, an HDMI cable will also be included in the package. If the monitor has a standard HDMI port, you will get an HDMI to HDMI cable, and if it has a mini HDMI port, a mini HDMI to HDMI cable will be provided instead. HDMI connection needs an external power supply as it only supports signal transmission. A USB Type-C to USB Type-A cable will also be required if the monitor has a touch function. Connect the USB Type-C cable to the full feature Type-C port of the portable monitor and USB Type-A to the USB Type-A port of your laptop or other devices.

3. MINI DP interface connection. To meet the different needs of laptops, we reserve the mini DP port for some models. When it comes to the MINI DP interface connection, the connection method will be the same as the HDMI above.

Can two devices be used to control the same monitor?

Yes, when TYPE-C and HDMI are used for signal transmission connection at the same time, the signal source is usually switched by short pressing the power button.

Why do I have to use an external power supply when I connect via Type-C to Type-C?

The monitor needs a large current at the moment of turning on, at least 1.5A or more. When using the type-C to type-C function, the output current of some device interfaces is limited, and the output current does not meet the requirements for starting the monitor, so an external power supply is required to drive it. Especially 4K monitors, must have an external power supply to turn on.

What is the reason why the monitor does not respond after connecting?

1. The monitor is not connected to the power source or the power source is damaged. The indicator light of the monitor is on after the power is normally connected.

2. When using a USB-C to USB-C connection, the customer's device is not supported or incompatible.

3. HDMI no signal input: HDMI cable is damaged or poor contact.

Regarding the brightness, the black screen

What is the reason for the screen flickering or black screen during the use of the monitor?

1. The monitor needs an external power supply. When the power supply is insufficient, it will cause unstable use or black screen restart.

2.The wire is in poor contact or the wire is damaged.

3. For external interference, audio equipment and other equipment need to be moved away.

4. The screen refresh rate needs to be set to 60HZ in the computer.

The adjusted brightness can't be saved after the power is turned off and the brightness is connected again?

1. After the menu is adjusted, the confirmation key is not pressed to confirm.

2. Regardless of whether HDMI is used to transmit signals or TYPE-C is used to transmit signals, the PD interface of the display needs to be connected to a power source when the menu is adjusted

Can’t use the touch function after connecting a monitor with a touch function to a MacBook?

That's because that monitor is protected by the protocol of the MAC system, and the MacBook system version after 10.13 does not support the touch function.
